1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Marathi Trader 2.0 website, courses, live sessions, community channels and all related content (together, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational Nature of the Services

All content provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Kishor Kotambe and Marathi Trader 2.0 are not SEBI-registered investment advisers and do not provide personalised financial advice. Any market views expressed during sessions or in community posts are personal opinions shared for learning purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By enrolling in any course you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts, Enrollment & Access

• Course access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, session links or recordings is prohibited.
• Access to the Students Circle and Inner Circle is conditional on verified enrollment and may be revoked for violation of community rules.
• We may modify course schedules, content or instructors to maintain or improve quality.

5. Intellectual Property

All course material, videos, recordings, PDFs, graphics, branding and website content are the intellectual property of Marathi Trader 2.0 or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the material for your own learning. Copying, reselling, redistributing, screen-recording or publicly posting any material is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access and legal action.

6. Community Conduct

• No abusive, discriminatory or unlawful behaviour in any community channel.
• No promotion of other services, signal groups, or investment schemes.
• No sharing of misleading claims, profit screenshots presented as promises, or content that violates these Terms.
• We may remove content or members who breach these rules, without refund where the breach is material.

7. Trading Risk & No Liability for Trading Decisions

Trading forex, gold, CFDs and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss. Any trading decision you make is entirely your own responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marathi Trader 2.0, its founder, team and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any content.

8. Third-Party Services & Broker Links

The Services reference third-party platforms and include partner (IB) broker links. We may receive a commission if you open an account through those links, at no extra cost to you. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services; your relationship with any broker is governed solely by that broker's terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms. Clauses relating to intellectual property, liability and disclaimers survive termination.
